"We are pleased to report that we had a very pleasant experience moving with ab fab. We found all staff to be extremely friendly and professional. We even purchased extra boxes and wrap paper from you prior to moving and found it so easy and were more impressed that the costs could be charged to our account. The men turned up on time and worked very productively and carefully with our things. The only negative feedback we could offer was that after between being sent an invoice for a deposit for our move and the truck actually turning up no one actually rang to confirm they had received the deposit payment which had been done by bank transfer. In saying that I had been to your office during the week prior to pick up extra supplies and staff may have assumed all was ok. . We found this to be only very minor issue and it would not deter us from using you again in future. Thank you for making our move so simple and stress free."
